Italy is definitely one of the countries from where the most delicious and famous food has come from. In Rome, you can see ancient ruins and piazza’s, but what you really want to do is go to a local restaurant and order pasta or pizza. The taste and texture of the food will stun you. However, a lot of people miss out on another mastery of the Italians – the ice cream, also known as gelato. It is unsure when the first gelato was invented in Italy, but some sources say it was in 1686 with the invention of the first ice cream machine.
The delicious masterpiece presented in this video is from a gelateria called Della Palma. It has offered 150 different flavours to its customers for the past 30 years and still does in the centre of Rome, just a few steps away from the Pantheon. If you’re visiting the city of seven hills, be sure not to miss out this fantastic place.
